Goat Chops

Hai friends today I am coming with "Goat Chops".I love this this recipe very much.When ever I saw this recipe in TV it makes me drooling.One day when I had a chit chat with my friend Aswini she mentioned about this recipe soon I asked her about the recipe and give a try it was a great success.But I change little variation in the recipe it was great.We really enjoyed the recipe.I hope u guys love it.Ok lets go to the recipe


Ingredients:

Goat chops-10
Curd/Yogurt-1/2 cup
Tandoori masala-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Turmeric little pinch
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Chopped Onions-1/4th cup
Oil-5 tsp or more

Preparations:

Take a wide bowl add the ingredients curd,tandoori masala,salt,chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,turmeric,garam masala,chopped onions and 2 tsp oil one by one.








Mix it well.
Add the chops and apply to all chops evenly coated.


Marinate this for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.(This should be placed in fridge)

Method:

Place the wide pan add the oil and heat it.




When the oil gets heat slowly place the chops and cook for  5 minutes.

Then turn to another side and cook for 5 more mintes.

Now close the lid and cook in low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
After it gets cooked add the chopped curry leaves to get nice
flavor.





Finally serve the chops with onions.

Potals Pakodi Curry

Hai friends today I am coming with new recipe called Potals Pakodi Curry.This is also called as Parval pakodi curry.This vegetable is one of my favourite.Now-a-days in dallas we used to get a lot before it was so expensive now it is good.Now I am enjoying this recipe.Every week I am preparing this curry.One day my husband asked why u always making this same curry so I asked my mom some different recipes she said this pakodi recipe.But I changed this pakodi to curry.Love it.I hope u all gng to love this curry.Ok lets go the recipe

Ingredients:

Potals/Parwal-2 cups
Besan-5 tsp
Rice flour-2 tsp
Baking soda-little pinch
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Turmeric little pinch
Sesame seeds-1 tsp
Coriander leaves handsful
Oil for deep frying

Seasonig:

Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-few
Curry leaves few
Onion-1(chopped)

Preparations:

Clean the potals well with water and cut it like length wise.
Keep this potals aside.

Method:

  Take a bowl and add the potals,salt,chilli powder,turmeric,baking soda,rice flour,besan and sesame seeds.Mix it well.








The mixture should be coated well to the potals.

Take oil in the pan and heat it for deep frying.
When the oil gets heat drop the potals one by one.

Fry this till it turns to light brown.

Take out from oil and place them on the paper to absorb excess oil.

Do all the potals like this and keep it aside.
This we can have it as pakodi too.

Curry preparation:

Take the pan and add oil and heat it.
To this add the mustard seeds and make it pop.

When it starts to pop add the jeera,dry chilli pieces and curry leaves fry for few seconds.



To this add the chopped onions and turmeric fry it till it changes to light brown.


Now add the little chilli powder and salt mix it.


Now add the pakodi and mix it well.
Finally add the chopped coriander and mix it well.
Serve it hot as snack or side dish.
