Ingredients:
Whole wheat bread-1 packet
Cranberry chutney-3 tsp
Onion yogurt dip-1/2 cup
Method:
Take two bread slices and apply yogurt dip on one bread slice and cranberry chutney to another bread slice.
Place the bread slices as shown in the pic.
Now cut the brown edges.
Now cut the bread like bite size and serve it
We can have this as breakfast,brunch and snack.

Cranberry Pacchadi/chutney
Hai friends today i am coming with yummy and tangy chutney called "Cranberry Chutney".This is very simple and easy to prepare.This can be used as dip or spread on bread,biscuit and roti.This can be served as dip for chips too.We can prepare the chutney in both versions sweet or sour.Today i am coming with spicy and sour.This can be serve with dosa too.Ok lets go to the recipe
Ingredients:
Cranberries-1 cup
Green chillies-4
Salt to taste
Ginger chopped-1 tsp
Coriander chopped-handsful
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Preparations:
Clean cranberries well with water.
Method:
Place the pan on the stove and heat it.
Add oil and make it heat.
When it gets heat add the mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves,ginger and green chillies fry it.
To this add the cranberries and coriander leaves.(due to i add whole cranberries at this point it may pop)
Cook it untill it gets mussy.
Make it cool.
Take the jar and add the cooked berries and salt.
Grind to smooth paste.
Serve it with roti or dosa.

Bisibelbath
Hai friends how are u guys?Hope everyone are doing good.In USA the weather changed and its very cold.In this cold weather everyone like to eat and drink hot food.I would like to have hot tea,soup and rice.In this weather we want to hot hot one pot meal.In this way i liked to eat hhot pongal ,kichidi and bisibelbath.I to eat these kind of food in this cold weather.Ok lets go to the recipe
Ingredients:
Rice-1 cup
Toor dal-1/2 cup
Turmeric- little pinch
Salt to taste
Sambar powder 1 tsp
Vegetables-bottle gourd,radish,drumsticks,brinjal ,capsicum
Tomatoes-2
Curry leaves few
Tamarind juice-1 cup
oil-3 tsp
mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
jeera-1/2 tsp
Hing little pinch
Masala to grind:
Chana dal-1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Dry red chillies 5
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Methi/Fenugreek Seeds-8
Elachi-1
Cloves-1
Cinnamon-1
Dry coconut powder 1/4 th cup
Preparations:
Rice:
Take rice and dal in one bowl and clean well.
Now add required amount of water and cook in the pressure cooker.
We have to pressure cook for 5 whistles.
After that make it cool and mix it well.
Vegetables:
First peel the skin of bottle gourd and radish and cut them.
Take a bowl a water and add the vegetables and cook until the vegetables get cooked.
Masala:
Take a pan and heat it.To this add the oil and heat it.
Now add all the ingredients one by one chala dal to cinnamon in the masala to grind.
When it turns to light brown off the heat and make it cool
.
Now take the jar and add the cooled stuff and coconut and grind it to smooth paste.
Method:
Take a deep bottomed pan and add the oil and heat it.
Add the mustard seeds and make it pop.Then add the jeera,curry leaves and hing.
Now add the drumsticks,brinjal,sicum and make it cook.
When it is cooked well add the tomatoes and cook for few more minutes.
Then add the boiled vegetables mix it well.
To this add the tamarind pulp ,salt and sambar powder and make it boil.
When it starts to boil add the grinded paste and chopped coriander and make it boil.
When it is boiling add the cooked rice and mix it well.
Now the rice is ready.
Serve it hot with chips,fryums or sago papads.
