Ingredients:
Avocado-1
Onion-1
Garlic/Velliulli-1 clove
Green chillies-3 to 4
Coriander leaves/Kottimeera-Handsfull
Jeera/Jeelakarra-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste
Turmeric/pasupu-little pinch
Oil 1 + 1
Mustard seeds/AAvaalu-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies-few
Curry Leaves-few
Preparation:
First cut the Avocado lengthwise and make a twist.
Separate the two pieces. Leave the avocado on the cutting board and (CAREFULLY!) give the pit a thwack with a big sharp knife.
Twist the knife and the pit should pop out.
Now we can use spoon or knife to take out.
Now avocado is ready.
Method:
Place the pan and add the oil.
Add the chopped garlic, green chillies, jeera and fry it.
Now add the chopped onions and turmeric fry this.
When the onions are done.Keep this aside and make it cool.
Now take the jar and add the avocado and fried mixture ,salt ,Coriander and tamarind.cover it and blend to smooth paste.
Now place the small pan and add the oil and heat it.(optional)
To this add the mustard seeds, jeera, dry red chillies and cyrry leaves .
Now add this seasoning to the avocado mixture.
Enjoy this with dosa, rice and chips.
Notes:
We can add the Dry red chillies instead of Green chillies.
We can use lemon juice instead of Tamarind.
And also we can coriander seeds too.
If u dont like the seasoning we can skip this process. We can have it directly.
This we can have it like sandwich spread too.Its very tasty.
