Hai friends today I am coming with simple recipe called "Microwave Kalakand".This is very simple and easy to prepare.To this recipe we need only 3 ingredients.When we have less time to prepare sweets this is the perfect sweet to surprise our guests.Ok lets go the recipe.
Ingredients:
Ricotta cheese-1 tin(15 oz)
Sweet condened milk-1 tin
Badam/Almons-10 to 15
Ghee-1 tsp
Saffron-few strings
Preparations:
Take the pan or plate and apply the butter.
Chop the almonds and keep it aside.
Method:
Take a microwave safe bowl .
Add the ricotta cheese and whisk it well.
Now add the condensed milk mix it well.
Now place in the microwave and cook for 4 minutes.
Take out and mix it again.
Now again place in the oven and cook for 3 minutes.
Take out from oven and mix it again.
Now cook for 2 more minutes and do the same for 3 times.
At this time we get pearls texture as shown in the pic.
Now take this mixture in the pan and evenly spread as shown in the pic.
Finally sprinkle the chopped almonds and saffron.
Place them in the fridge for 1 hour.
After one hour cut it into squares.
Serve it.

Tip of the Day-3(How to take coconut from the shell)
Hai friends today I am coming with one more tip "how to take cocnut from the shell".Its very easy and I hope this tip is useful for u.Before I had a hard time with this.Now its easy with the help of this tip.
Things we need:
Water
Big Bowl
Stainless steel spoon
How to Remove:
First place the coconut in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
After 2 hours take out the coconut and place it in the big bowl filled with water.
Wait for 15 minutes.
Take out and with the help of spoon.
It comes out easily.
This we can use for grating,make it into pieces or what ever we need.

Chicken Bezule(Mangolarian Street Food)
Hai friends today I am coming with nice recipe called "Chicken Bezule".Its Mangolarian Street food.When I saw this recipe in tv I simply love it.Its very easy and tasty recipe.Its like chicken pakodi but adding coriander gives nice flavor and taste to this recipe.I tried this recipe both boned and boneless chicken.I like both.I am fan for Boned chicken.Ok lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Chicken-1 lb(with bone)
Maida/All purpose flour-2 tsp
Rice Flour-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Dhaniya jeera powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Curd/Yogurt-4 tsp
Lemon juice-2 tsp
Colour-little pinch
Oil for deep frying
For Paste:(Grinding)

Coriander-handsful
Curry leaves-few
Green chillies-3 to 4
Preparations:
Take the jar and add the coriander,curry leaves and green chillies make a coarse paste as shown in the pic.
Marinate:
Take a bowl now combine the grinded paste ,ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli powder,garam masala,dhaniya jeera powder,curd,colour,lemon juice mix it well.
Add the cleaned chicken mix well.
Place this covered bowl in the fridge.
Marinate this for atleast 4 to 5 hours.
Method:
Take out the marinated chicken before 30 minutes.
Add the rice flour and maida and mix it well.(it should be coated well to the chicken)
Take oil in the deep frying pan and heat it.
When it gets heat slowly drop the chicken and fry until the chicken gets cooked.(Fry this in batches don't add all at a time)
When the chicken gets cooked take out from the oil and place them on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Finally add some green chillies and curry leaves in the oil and fry it.
Garnish the fried curry leaves and chillies on the chicken and serve it hot.

Note:
Chicken:We can use either boned or boneless chicken.
Flour:Add the 2 tsp of flour if it needs more we can add.
Curd:We have to use hung curd so it don't make the marinate watery.
