Ingredients:
King fish-5 to 6 pieces
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Turmeric-pinch
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few
Oil-5 tsp
Maida(All purpose flour)-2 tsp
Lemon juice-2 tsp

First clean the fish with,Turmeric, salt and the lemon juice.(By using lemon the smell goes)
Method:
Take a bowl and add the ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli powder,garam masala,oil and lemon juice.
Mix it well.
Add the fish pieces and mix it well and marinate for atleast 3 hours.
After 3 hours now take the flour in the plate and roll them.Keep them aside.
Now take the frying pan and add the 3 to 4 tsp oil and heat it.
Now slowly place the fish and fry for 5 minutes and then flip the fish and fry the other side.
Fry this again for 3 minutes.
Finally sprinkle chopped curry leaves and off the heat.
Serve it hot.
