Ingredients:
Mini pita pockets-1 pack
Lettuce-1/2 cup
cherry tomato slices-few
Olives few
Stuffing

Potatoes-2
Onions -1
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Coriander cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
oil-1 tsp
Preparations:
First clean well the potatoes and place them in the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles.
Make it cool and peel the skin.
Chop the onions finely.
Method:
Take a pan and heat it.When it gets heat pour the oil.
To this add the jeera and make it pop.
Add the coriander jeera powder at this point and mix it well.
Add the chopped onions fry till it turns to light brown.
Add the Salt,chilli powder and mashed potatoes one by one.Mix it well.
Now the stuffing is ready.
Make small cutlets with this and keep aside.
Place the dosa pan and heat it.When it gets heat spray the oil and place the cutlets and fry for 2 minutes.
Roast n both sides.
Now the stuffing is ready.
How to serve:
Place the pan and heat the pita pockets in low flame for 1 minute.
Take out and make a slit as shown the pic.
Now the pockets are ready to serve.
