Stuffed Sweet Peppers and Sauce

Hai friends today I am coming with one more yummy recipe called "Stuffed Sweet Pepper".This recipe is a nice appetizer.This recipe is good for parties too.We can prepare in different versions but I tried this recipe in both indian and Mexican Cuisine.As we all know that the indiam and Mexican cuisines are little same.
I really love Mexican cuisine.In this recipe I didn't add cheese if u like it u can add.For stuffing we can prepare different varities.Here I am coming with one of them.Ok lets go the recipe:


Ingredients:

Sweet bell pepper-1 packet
Potatoes-2
Big Onion 1
Coriander cumin powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp

For Sauce:

Coconut milk-1 tin
All purpose flour/Maida-2 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Oregano-1/2 tsp
Cumin /Jeera powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice -1/2 tsp
Oil-1 tsp

Preparations:

How to prepare the Peppers Cooked:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut the tops of the mini sweet peppers and remove the seeds inside them.
 
Wash them thoroughly and dry them.
Now place the  peppers with olive oil in a baking pan.

Bake them for about 20 minutes or until the outside pepper  skin starts to wrinkle.
 
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
 
How to prepare Stuffing:
 
Clean the potatoes well with water.

 
Boil the potatoes then peel the skin.
Now mash it well.
 
Chop the onions and keep it aside.
 
Place the pan and add the oil then heat it.
 
Add the jeera and cumin coriander powder and fry for 30 sec.
 
Add the chopped onions and fry until transparent.
 
Add the chilli powder and salt to the fried onions.Mix it well.
 
 
Finally add the mashed potatoes an mix it well.
 
Now the potato stuffing is ready.


 How to prepare the Sauce:
 
Place the heat it add the oil.
When the oil gets heat add the flour and mix it contionously without forming any lumps.
 
Add the oregano,chilli powder,cumin powder and salt.Mix it well.
 
Now add the 1/2 tsp lemon juice mix it again.
 
At last add the coconut milk and stir well and off the heat.
 
 
 
Make it cool .When it gets cool take the mixture in the blender and add the tomato paste and blend to smooth paste.
 
Now the sauce is ready.
 
 
Now the Peppers,Stuffing and Sauce are Ready.
 
Fill the peppers with the stuffing and place them on the baking tray.
Do all the peppers as shown in the pic.
 
Pour just little sauce on the peppers and bake it 10 minutes with 350 Degrees.
 
Now the Stuffed Sweet peppers are ready.
 
How to Serve:
 
Take the serving tray spread the sauce as shown in the pic.
Place the stuffed peppers and pour little sauce on the peppers.
Now Enjoy the peppers.

 Note:
 
Stuffing:
We can use any trypes of stuufings like rice and beans,potatoes and cheese,Rice and cheese,veggies and cheese any type u like.
Tomato Sauce:I used here the pasta Sauce.If u wish to add the tomato paste also tastes good.

Tip of the Day-6(How to clean the burnt pans)

Hai friends today i am coming with one more amazing Tip "How to clean the burnt Pans".I think this is the tip i used a lot.This tip was really amazing it worked well.
Before i dont know about this tip i used to soak the pan in the water for at least for 3 days.Sometimes if it is really burnt hard we used to throw the pan too.

To this we need

Baking Soda-2 tsp
Lemon juice -3 tsp or We can use lemon wedges(pieces)
Water

How to Follow the tip:

First add the baking soda and Lemon juice or lemon wedges.



Then fill the  burnt pan with water.


Put it on the stove and heat it.
Make it boil.

When it starts boil just scrath the pan with laddle or spoon.
Soon the burnt food floats on the pot.

Now off the heat.
Throw the water and clean the rest of the pot with steel puff as shown in the pic.



Clean well with water.
