Homemade Granola

Hai friends how are u all?Hope u al are doing great and awesome.Its been more than an year i posted a recipe in my blog.Due to health issues and also my camera and laptop got repair i couldnt take any pics and .Finally i got camera and laptop.Last week i started to take pics of the the recipe.Tried few new recipes only will share that recipes with u all.
Today i am coming with new recipe called "Homemade Granola".Tried for the first time and it came out so good and tasty.Guys u really had to try this recipe its very tasty and healty .This we can have during breakfast and as a snack.I have few ingredients at home when i tried this recipe.This we can try many varities.Here is one recipe.Lets go to the recipe.


Ingredients:

Oats(old fashioned)-2 cups
Almonds-1/2 cup
Brown sugar-1/2 cup
Honey-1/4 th cup
Flax seeds powder-2 tsp
Sesame seeds-1/4th cup
Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
Canola oil-1/4th cup
Vanilla essence-1 tsp

Preparations:

Take the almonds in the blender and just crush little.Keep it aside.

Method:

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Take the mixing bowl and add the Oats,Crushed Almonds,Sesame seeds,Flax seeds powder and cinnamon powder and mix it well.









Now have to prepare wet ingredients take a pan and add  honey
and vanilla essence and make it boil.









 

When it starts to boil add the brown sugar and mix well.




Now transfer the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.



Now transfer the mixture to the aluminium tray as shown in the pics.

Bake this for 25 minutes to 30 minutes.

After 25 minutes take out from the oven and make it cool.

Transfer to the air tight jar and serve it in morning breakfast or we can have it as a snack.



Note:

We can use dried cranberries,walnuts,pecans,sun flower seeds and also  pumpkin seeds
