Gongura Podi

Hai friends today i am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called " Gongura Podi".This is very unique recipe..I mostly prepare dal,pilusu and pacchadi with gongura.This is the first time tried the gongura podi.It is very easy and came out so good.We can store this many days too.Ok lets go to the recipe


Ingredients:

Gongura Leaves-2 cups
Dry red chillies-8(use according to ur taste)
Garlic  few pods
Salt to taste
Tamarind little
Urad dal-2 tsps
Methi seeds-1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds-2 tsp
Jeera-1 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Curry Leaves-few


Preparations:

Separate the leaves from the stems of the gongura branches.Wash the leaves well with water.Drain the water completely and make it dry in the shaded area.






Water must be completely dry .The leaves should dry in the shaed area.It takes 4 days to leaves to completely dry.

Now the leaves are ready.


Method:

Place the pan add the oil and heat it.

 Add the urad dal and fry in low heat.


 Now add the methi seeds,coriander seeds,jeera,dry chillies,garlic,curry leaves one by one.Fry it and take out from heat and keep it aside.








Take th epan and heat it.Add little oil and fry the dried leaves for 2 miutes and keep it aside.


Now take the mixture in the jar,tamarind and blend it.



 Now add the salt and fried leaves and blend it again.

 Now make the smooth powder as shown in the pic.

 Now the podi id ready to serve.

 Serve it with hot syeamed rice.It tastes yummyyyyy.

Note:

Clean the gongura leaves well with water and dry it completely.
When the leaves are completely dry place then in the oven nad heat it for 1 minute like couple of times.
Now the dried leaves are ready.

Airfried Corn Tortilla Nachos

Hai friends today i am coming with the yummy tasty recipe called"Baked Corn Tortilla Nachos"I like this baked corn Nachos.I dont buy chips.I mostly prepare these and have with guacomole and salsa.
In this recipe i used Nutritional Yeast.This is Vegan product.Most of the vegans use this instead of cheese.This is substitute of Cheese.This we can use in soups,salads and pasta.Ok lets go the recipe


Ingredients:


Corn Tortillas(store bought)-1 packet
Garlic Salt to taste
South west Chipotle Spice-1 tsp
Nutritional Yeast-1 to 2 tsp
Oil for spray


Preparations:




Cut the Tortillas as shown in the pic.


Now tortillas are ready to make Nachos.


Method:

In the plate or bowl take 2 tsp of Nutritional Yeast ,Garlic salt,South west Chipotle spice one by one and mix it well.



 Sprinkle the mix and oil on the tortillas as shown in the pic.




Place everything in the air fryer basket as shown in the pic.


Set the temperature to 350




Bake this for  7 to 8 minutes.In the middle we can open it and give it a toss.
After8 minutes it will get little roast and the tortillas are ready to serve with Guacomole and Salsa.




Note:This we can bake too.While baking  line every tortilla piece on the tray and bake it.
