Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Banana Oats Pancakes".
This is very healthy pancakes.In this we don't need to add egg.There is no need to add maida too.This pancakes tastes yummy.Ok lets go the recipe
Ingredients:
Banana-1
Oats-1/2 cup
Milk-1 cup
Honey-2 tsp
Flax seeds-1 tsp
Almond/Badam meal-2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Butter-required to fry
Blueberries few
Preparation:
Keep all the ingredients ready.
Add banana,oats,milk,honey,flax seeds,lemon juice,almond meal in the jar one by one and blend it.
Now the batter is ready.
Method:
Place the griddle heat it and add butter.
Pour ladle full of batter on the griddle.
Fry it.
Add blueberries or straw berries
Fry the pancakes until light golden brown flip to another side and fry it.
Serve it with maple syrup or honey.

Podi Idly
Hai friends how are u all?Hope everyone are doing good.Everyone are busy with kids and family at home.Now full time busy for Moms.Doing all tasks.Restuarants,schools ,offices are closed.Not kitchen .
Making breakfast,Lunch,Snack time and Dinner.Everyday new dishes.
We have to make simple and healthy snacks.We have to make kids busy in studies and crafts not making them bore.

Today coming with Podi idly.This is very easy to make.This is good with leftovers idly.My all time favourite tiffin is idly.I like with chutney,sambar and podi too.With leftover idly I used to prepare idly upma.This time tried the podi idly.It came out so good.
Ingredients:
Left over small Idly-2 cups
Idly Podi(Kandi podi-6 tsp
Nalla Karam(Store bought)-2 tsp
Ghee-4 tsp
Kandi Podi
Idly
Preparations:
Steam the idly and take out the idly from the idly tray and save it for next day
Method:
Take the idly in the bowl.
Add the Kandi podi and idly karam.
Mix it well.
Place the pan add ghee and heat it.
When ghee gets heat add the spice mixed idly and mix it well.
Fry this for 2 minutes.
Serve it hot.
Note:
U can cut the idly into pieces and then u can fry.

Shrimp/Prawns Dum Biryani
Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty "Shrimp Dum Biryani"This is very easy to make.This biryani is very yummy too.The process is simple too.This process we can do vegetable dum biryani too.I loved both veg and non veg.Shrimp biryani is very easy to prepare.Ok lets go the recipe
Ingredients:
Shrimp/Prawns-2 lbs
Basmathi rice-2 cups
Green Chillies-6
Shan Masala-3 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Lemon-1
Salt to taste
Chilli ginger paste-1 tsp
Elachi-4
Cloves-6
Bay leaves-2
Cinnamon-2 pieces
Star anise-1
Maratimogga-2
Japatri-1
Oil-1 tsp
For Marinate:
Fried Onions-1 cup
Chopped Coriander-handsful
Mint-Handsful
Yogurt/Curd-1 cup
Turmeric little pinch
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Dhaniya/Coriander seeds powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Lemon juice-6 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Ghee-4 tsp
Preparations:
Clean the basmathi rice with water and later soak it for 1 hour.
Marinate :
Take the deep bottomed pan or bowl.
Add the cleaned shrimp
to the shrimp add the fried onions,pudina,coriander,turmeric,chilli powder,garam masala,dhaiya powder one by one.Mix it well.
Add the lemon juice ,yogurt mix it well.
Now add the oil and ghee .Mix it again and marinate for 1 hour.
How to cook rice for biryani:
Boil 10 cups of water in the deep bottomed vessel.
When water starts to boil add the slit green chillies whole spices.
Add the ginger garlic paste,chilli ginger paste,shan masala and salt.Make it boil.
When it starts to boil add the soaked rice and lemon juice
Cook till the rice is cooked 80 percent.
Now layer the rice on the marinated shrimp.
Cover the rice with refried onions ,chopped coriander and mint.
Add the ghee and lemon juice
Cover it and cook for 30 minutes in low flame.
After 30 minutes off the heat and gently mix the rice.
Now the biryani is ready to serve hot with raita
