Dosakaya/Cucumber Pacchadi

Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Dosakaya Pacchadi".
This is very easy and tasty recipe.This is good for during summer.As cucumber makes body cool.Durung summer we all eat cucumber.This is another way to eat.U all going to love this recipe.Lets go the recipe


Ingredients:

Dosakaya/Cucumber)-1
Grated coconut-3  to 4 tsp
Yogurt--1/2 cup
Green chillies-2 to 3
Salt to taste

Seasoning

Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
jeera=1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies few
Curry Leaves few
Hing little


Prpearations:

Clean the cucumber well with water .peel the skin and chop it.



Method:


Take the coconut ,yogurt  and green chillies pieces in the blender one by one.


 Blend to smooth paste.
 Transfer the blended paste to the cucumber.
 Mix it well.
 Add salt and mix it well again.

 Transfer to another bowl.
 Now prepare talimpu.
Place the pan heat it.Add the oil and add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chillies,curry leaves and hing too.
 Add to the cucumber mixture.
 Enjoy
