GaramMasala

Hai friends today I am coming with one of the most important spice powder in our kitchen "Garammasala".This masala is important in every indian kitchen.garamamsala is made mixture of some spices.this masala can be very according to their cuisine.Today I am sharing my frirnds recipe.This is very easy and my friend recipe contains few spices but it tastes good.Later will come with another my family recipe.Ok lets go the recipe





Preparations:






Ingredients:

Coriander seeds/Dhaniya-2 cups
Elachi/Yalakalu-20
Cloves/Lavangam-20
Cinnamon/Dhalchina Chekka-6 pieces

Method:

Place the pan and heat it.Add the coriander seeds and dry roast in low flame until it turns light brown
When it changes the colour take out from the pan .


Keep it aside and make it cool.



In the same add the elachi,cloves and cinnamon one by one .




Dry roast in low flame until it changes colour.
Take out from pan and make it cool.


Now transfer everything in the blender  and make it powder.




As shown in the pic.
Now the masala is ready.

Store the garammasala in the dry and clean jar.

Enjoy.
