Fish Masala Curry

Hai friends today i am coming with Fish Curry.Ydy i felt very bore in same type of fish curry then i google and find one nice simple recipe i love it and try this recipe it came out very tasty and we all love it.So i want ot share this recipe with u.Lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Fish Pieces-6 to 7(I use Tilapia)
Onions-2
Curd(yogurt)-1 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1 tsp(Acc to ur taste)
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Methi leaves few
Curry leaves few
Oil-2 tsp(Actually this curry needs 4 tsp)

Method:

First clean the fish with the salt and little turmeric and clean the fish well and keep it aside.
Now cut the onions into lenght wise and keep it aside.
Place the pan and heat it when it gets heat add the sliced onions and fry until it turns to light brown.
Take the onions from the pan and keep it aside.
Now in the same pan add the remaining oil and heat it.
When it gets heat add the mustard seeds when it starts to pop add the curry leaves,Coriander cumin powder,chilli powder and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
To this add 1/2 cup water and cook this until all water gets evaporate.
In the mean time we have to prepare the paste.Tke the onions in the blender add the 1 cup curd and blend to a smooth paste.
Now the water gets evaporate to this add the onion curd paste and mix well and cook until the oil separates from the paste.
When the oil is separting add the fish pieces and apply the masala to the fish pieces.
Add 1/2 cup water and salt to it cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes when the masala is boiling add 2 tsp of fresh or dried methi leaves and cook for 15 minutes.
Now tranfer the curry to the serving bowl and serve hot with steamed rice.
