Ginger Garlic Paste

Hai freinds how r u guys.Since one week i missed all the posts.Last tuesday my Laptop got some virus and it deletes all my photos and recipes.I am very much upset about the photos but some of the photos are in my camera.I lost more recipes photos.Anyway i have to cook again for the photos.Yesterday i got my laptop and again started to take the photos.Ok lets go to the recipe.Today i am coming with the Basic like Ginger Garlic paste.I never like the store bought paste i mostly prefer home made paste. This stays for 1 month in the refrigerator. To this we need

Ingredients:

Ginger-1 cup
Garlic-1 cup
Turmeric powder little pinch
Salt little pinch
Oil-1 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tsp

Method:

First peel the skin of the ginger well and clean and chop the ginger .
Same as with Garlic remove the skin and chop it.
Now take both the ginger and garlic pieces in the blender.
To this add the turmeric, salt, lemon juice and oil blend to a smooth paste.
Now take all the paste from the blender and store in the air tight jar to keep fresh.
Store in the refrigerator.

I hope u all love this and try this.
