Ridgegourd(beerakaya) peel chutney

Hai friends today i am coming with Beerakaya peel chutney.First I already post the beerakaya spicy powder now i am coming with the chutney.This is very tasty and healthy.Ok lets go the chutney.

Ingredients:

Beerakaya Peel-1 cup
Sesame seeds-2 tsp
Green chillies-5(Acc to ur taste)
Garlic-2 to 3 pods
Tamarind-small lemon size
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-few
Curry Leaves few
Oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste.


Method:
Soak the tamarind in the water for 10 minutes
First clean the Beerakaya peel with water and keep aside.
Take small pan and add 1/2 cup water aand cook the peel for 15 minutes an keep it aside.
In the mean time we have to dry roast the sesame seeds.
Fry the sesame seeds until it turns to light brown and keep it aside.
In same pan add the 1/2 tsp oil and fry chillies and garlic.Fry until the raw smell goes.
Now take the blender and add the fried sesame seeds,chillies,garlic ,cooked peel,saoked tamarind and salt and blend to the smooth paste.
Place the small pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil.
To this add the mustard seeds.When the mustard seeds starts to pop add the jeera,dry red chilli pieces,curry leaves and the blended paste fry this for 1 minute.
Take out from heat and transfer to serving bowl.
Serve hot with steam rice.
