Dosakaya curry(Without Onions)

Hai friends today i am coming with the Dosakaya Curry.Its very simple and tasty.I love this curry with both rice and Chapathi.Weekly once i used to prepare this curry.I hope u too love this curry.Ok lets go to the curry.

Ingredients:

Dosakaya-2
Tomatoes-2(small we have to use 2 big only one)
Green chillies-4(Use acc to ur taste)
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Besan-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric little pinch
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Oil-1 tsp
Water-1 cup

Preparations:

First clean well with water and peel of the skin and remove the seeds in the middle.
Now cut the dosakaya into chunks and keep it aside.

Method:

Place the cooker on the stove and heat it.
When it gets heat add the oil,mustard seeds and jeera.
When the mustard starts to pop add the green chillies and the curry leaves.
Fry this for minute and add the besan and mix well.
When the raw small goes add the dosakaya chunks and turmeric and mix it well.
To this add the tomato chunks and mix well
Add the salt ,chilli powder and water mix well.
Close the cooker and cook until 3 whistles comes.
Now turn off the heat and serve hot with the rice and chapathi.

Note:
If u guys want to add the ginger garlic paste and onions u can add.It gives different taste to the curry.
