Grilled Chicken

Hai friends today i am coming with the "Grilled Chicken".This one of the famous recipe to everybody.Most of the people love this .I am a big fan.Actually i adopt this recipe from Aarti.When i saw this recipe i really enjoy by seeing her blog pics.Soon i bought and give a try.We all love this recipe.Ok lets go to the recipe:

Ingredients:

Chicken legs-6
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Tumeric little pinch
Garam masala-1 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Oil-4 to 5 tsp(missed in the pic)
Salt to taste
Pepper-1/2 tsp

Preparations:
First clean the chicken well with the water and make some slits on the chicken with knife as shown in the pic.

Take the deep big bowl and add the ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,soya sauce,lemon juice,oil,salt,pepper,turmeric,garam masala.
Mix it well and add cleaned chicken and mix well and apply all the chicken legs and marinate for over night.
Place them in the refrigerator or marinate for 3 hours.

Method:

The next day take them out from fridge .
Pre heat the oven to 400F .
Arrange the alluminum foil to the tray and sprinkle little oil to the foil.
Now place the legs side by side and place the tray in the oven .
Bake this for 30 minutes on one side and after 30 minutes turn to another side and bake for 10 more minutes.
Now take out from the oven and place them in the bowl and sprinkle chopped onions,coriander,curry leaves and green chillies.
Serve it hot by sprinkle lemon.
