Hai friends today i am coming with the simple,easy and tasty recipe called "Semiya upma".This we can have like breakfast,brunch or dinner.We can prepare many varieties in semiya upma.Today i am coming with one of them.I really love this tomato semiya upma.Ok lets go to the recipe
Tomatoes-2(I use big)(for small we have to use 4)
Onion-1(If big onion i use 1 or for small onions 2)
Chopped ginger-1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Turmeric little pinch
Salt to taste
Water-4 1/2 cups
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Oil-1 or 2 tsp
First dry roast the semiya till it changes to golden brown and keep it aside.
(I did not take this pics .I usually dry roast this and store in the jar)
Place the wide deep pan and heat it.
