Green peas-1/4th cup
Mozzerella cheese-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garam masala-1/2 tsp(optional)
Bread crumbs-handsful+1 cup
Corn flour-2 tsp+1 tsp
Maida-1 tsp+2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Take 1 cup bread crumbs in a plate .
In another cup add the 2 tsp maida and 1 tsp corn flour and mix well with required amount of water and make it like the pakodi batter.
Keep this both aside.
Take wide and big bowl and add the boiled potatoes and mash it well with fork or with ur hand.
Make small lemon size balls with the dough.Do all the dough.
Now the balls,maida corn mix,bread crumbs all are ready.
crumbs.The ball should coated the crumbs well.
Take out from oil and place on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve this hot with ketchup or tomato sauce.
Now place the deep frying pan add the oil and heat it.
