Vegetable Nuggets

Hai friends today I am coming with nice recipe for vegetarians called "Vegetable nuggets".This is very easy to prepare .Actually this recipe was adopted from Sanjay Tumma "Vahchef".Nowadays his show was coming in the TV.It was nice to see in telugu program and lot of them are watching.Even my mom also following.How sweet .The way he explains in easy way.Here the recipe


Cooked Potatoes-2
Chopped carrot-2
Green peas-1/4th cup
Corn-1/4th cup
Chopped Spinach/Palak-handsful
Mozzerella cheese-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano-1/2 tsp(optional)
Garam masala-1/2 tsp(optional)
Bread crumbs-handsful+1 cup
Corn flour-2 tsp+1 tsp
Maida-1 tsp+2 tsp
Oil for deep frying


Take 1 cup bread crumbs in a plate .
In another cup add the 2 tsp maida and 1 tsp corn flour and mix well with required amount of water and make it like the pakodi batter.
Keep this both aside.


Take wide and big bowl and add the boiled potatoes and mash it well with fork or with ur hand.
To this add chopped carrot,green peas,corn,chopped spinach,cheese,pepper,salt,oregano,garam masala,bread crumbs,corn flour,maida one by one.

Mix it well to make soft by adding very little water.

Make small lemon size balls with the dough.Do all the dough.

Now the balls,maida corn mix,bread crumbs all are ready.

Now take the ball and dip in the maida corn flour mixture and take out and soon roll in the bread
crumbs.The ball should coated the crumbs well.

It is the time to place the deep frying pan  add the oil and heat it.

When it gets heat slowly drop the coated balls and fry until it changes to golden brown.

Turn to another side and fry until it turns little crisp.

Take out from oil and place on the paper to absorb excess oil.

Serve this hot with ketchup or tomato sauce.
Now place the deep frying pan  add the oil and heat it.
