Hai friends today i am coming with Stir Fry Mushroom.This is very simple and easy to prepare.This is nice side for any Grilled Fish ,Chicken or Mashed Potatoes.We can add the vegetables like Capsicum,carrot or Celery.Ok lets go the recipe
Ingredients:
Mushrooms-1 lb
Garlic-2 cloves
Onion-1
Salt to taste
Pepper-1/2 tsp
Oregano-1/2 tsp
Papprika-little pinch
Oil-1 tsp
Preparation:
Cut the Mushrooms and Onion vertically or lengthwise.
Method:
Place the pan and add oil.
When the oil gets heat add the chopped garlic and fry for 1/2 minute.
Now add the onions and fry until the it turns to light brown.
To this add the sliced mushrooms and salt,pepper,oregano,paprika fry until the mushrooms get cooked.
Serve this hot as side dish.

Mushroom Capsicum Butter Masala
Hi friends today I am coming with Mushroom Capsicum Butter Masala.Its very simple and easy to prepare.Its very rich in taste and goes nice with rice and chapathi.It takes some time to prepare and the result is so good.In this curry we can prepare with paneer ,mushrooms,capsicum or mixed veg too.Even we can prepare with chicken too.We really enjoy this recipe. lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms-1 lb
Capsicum-1
Salt to taste
Turmeric-little pinch
Tandoori Masala-1 tsp + 1 tsp
Cashew-10
Milk-1/4 th cup
Elachi,Cloves,Cinnamon-2 each
Ginger chopped-1 tsp
Garlic-1 tsp
Onion-3
Turmeric little pinch
Tomatoes-2
Chilli powder-1 tsp(to taste)
Cream/Whole Milk/-1/4 th cup
Salt to taste
Kasurimethi-1/4 th tsp (crushed)
Sugar- 1 tsp
Cilantro- handsful
Preparations:
Clean well the mushrooms and cut it into chuncks.
Take the mushrooms in the bowl and add the salt,Turmeric and tandoori Masala.
Mix it well marinate this for atleast 30 minutes.
Take milk in small bowl and warm the milk.
Add the cashew soak this for 30 minutes.
After 30 mintes grind to smooth paste.
Method:
Place heavy bottomed pan and add the butter/Oil and heat it.
Add the Whole spices and cumin seeds fry for 3 – 4 seconds.
Add chopped ginger, garlic and chopped onion. Saute until onion starts turning light golden.
Add chopped tomato pieces fry until tomato turns mushy and oil starts separating about 8 – 10 minutes.
Add chilly powder and tandoori masala powder.
Fry for a minute or until their raw smell is gone and switch off.
Keep it aside to cool.
Once cooled, grind to a smooth paste.
Now Place another pan and add the butter .
To this add the marinated mushrooms anf sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
After the mushrooms are half cooked add the capsicum chunks.
Fry this until the mushroom cooked well and capsicum are half cooked.
Now add the grinded tomato paste and cashew paste.Mix it well.
Add 1/2 cup water,sugar chilli powder,salt(required amount),Kasuri Methi and cream cook this for 5 minutes.
Now the curry is ready.
Sprinkle chopped coriander.
Serve this hot with Rice or Roti.
