Maida/All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
Corn Flour / Corn Starch-1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar-1/4th cup+1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence-1 tsp
Salt little pinch
Preparations: Take a bowl add the maida,corn flour ,salt whisk together keep it aside.
Take another mixing bowl add the butter and powdered sugar mix with hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
To this add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.Mix it well to form nice dough.
Cover and refrigerate the dough for an hour or until it becomes firm.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Remove the chilled dough from the Fridge.
Now roll the dough into 1 inch small balls and place them on a baking tray.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes .
Now remove from oven and let them cool for 2 minutes.
While cookies are still warm, roll them in powdered sugar.
Make them cool and later store in the airtight box or container.
Serve the cookies by sprinkle powdered sugar.
