Ingredients:
Heavy cream-1/2 cup
Milk-1 cup
Sabja Seeds-1 tsp
Rooafzja-4 tsp
Preparation:
Soak the sabja seeds in the water for 30 minutes.
First we have clean the icecream base with water and freeze this for atleast 24 hours.
Take the milk and heavy cream in a bowl.Mix it well.
To this add the soaked sabja seeds and rooafzja mix it well.
place the mixture in the fridge for atleast 2 hours.
Method:
Now take the icecream base bowl from the freezer and set the machine well.
Now pour the falooda mixture in the icecream machine and switch on the machine and run this for 15 to 30 minutes.
now the icecream is ready.
Place it in the freezer and have it whenever we want.
Serve it cold.
