Long Green Brinjal Chutney

Hai friends today i am coming with new recipe called"Long Green Brinjal Chutney".This brinjal we get during summer.This look very fresh and cute.This brinjal is good for chutney and pickles.This time i didnt grind the chutney .I prepared in the mortar and pestle.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:


Long green Brinjal-1/2 lb
Green chillies-5
Garlic-1 pod
Coriander leaves handsful
Tamarind small lemon size
salt to taste
Turmeric little pinch
Onions(chopped)-3 tsp
Oil -1 tsp

Preparations:

Cut the brinjal in chuncks and clean well with water.



Method:First cut and clean the brinjal
Take a pan and add the oil.

Add the brinjal and turmeric.Mix it well.


Cover it and cook until the brinjal cooks well.


Finally add green chillies and garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Make this completely cool down.

When it gets cool add in the mortar and hit it slowly.

Now add the tamarind,salt,green chillies ,coriander one by one





Mix it well.
Finally add the chopped onions and mix it well.



Now the chuteny is ready.
Serve it with hot steamed rice or roti.
