Mc Egg Sandwich

Hai friends today i am coming with easy and tasty recipe called Mc Egg sandwich.This is good for anytime.Its easy to prepare.I like to have in breakfast with fresh juice.My family enjoyed this sandwich.Those who are in hurry this is best sandwich for them.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

English Muffins-1 pack
Butter to spread
Eggs-4
Salt to taste
pepper little


Preparations:

Take the egg in the cup.

Mix it well.

 To this add the little milk,salt and pepper one by one.

 Mix it well .Cook this in the oven for 1 minute.

After one minute the egg get cooked and take out carefully with the help of fork.

 Now take the bread  and cut it into half.

 Toast it .

 Apply butter and keep it aside.

 Place the egg and cover it with another slice of bread.

 Serve it with fresh juice.
