Potato Wedges

Hai friends today i am coming with nice and easy recipe called "Potato Wedges"This is very easy to preapre and good side dish.It doesn't take much time prepare.We can modify the taste of potato wedges .Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Russet Potatoes-4(You can use any kind of potatoes)
Salt to taste
Paprika-1/2 tsp
Pepper-1/2 tsp
Italian Seasoning-1/2 tsp
Parmasaan Cheese-3 tsp
Oil-1 + 1 tsp

Preparation:

First clean the  potatoes well with water and cut it like wedges in lenghtwise as shown in the pic.
Take the oven bake tray and arrange the foil.









Method:

Preheat the oven to 350F.
Take the wedges in the mixing bowl and add the salt,pepper,italian seasioning,paprika powder,parmasaan cheese,oil one by one and mix it well.








Now arrange the wedges on the tray as shown in the pic.


Now bake the wedges for 30 minutes.

Now serve hot with the ketchup or dip.




Note:

We can use  garlic and ginger powder too.
We can use any kind of potatoes.
If we use small potatoes then bake only 20 minutes.We can the poatoes get cooked or not.
