Hai friends today i am coming with easy,tasty and healthy laddoo called "Oats and Nuts Laddoo".This isvery easy to prepapre and tasty too.Good for lunch boxes for kids.We can use any nuts.Good for evening snack too.Ok lets go to the recipe
Ingredients:
Oats-1 cup
Peanuts-1/4th cup
Almonds-1/4th cup
Walnuts-1?4th cup
Sesame seeds-4 tsps
Dates-6
Jaggery-1/2 cup
Preparation:
Dry roast all the nuts ,sesame seeds and oats one by one and keep it aside and make it cool.
Method:
Now shift all the dry roast nuts,sesame seeds and oats in the mixie jar and blend it.
Now it forms like the powder.
To this add the jaggery and dates blend it again
Now take the mixture in the bowl and make laddoos.
Now the laddoos are ready to serve.
Enjoy healthy and tasty Laddoo.

Dates:
We can add more dates without jaggery or sugar.
Nuts:We can add the cashew also.
Seeds:We can add the chia and flax seeds also.
