Sooji /Semolina/Goduma Ravva Cake(Eggless)

Hai friends today  I am coming with yummy and tasty cake called "Sooji/Semolina/Goduma Ravva Cake".This is eggless cake.we can make it in no time.Me and my daughter made this cake.I enjoyed the taste of the cake.It has nice flavor.Ok lets go to the recipe





Ingredients:

Sooji/Semolina/Goduma Nooka-1 1/4th cup
All purpose flour/Maida-1/4th cup
Sugar-3/4th cup
Baking powder-1 tsp
Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
Oil-1/3rd cup
Yogurt/Curd-1/2 cup
Milk-3/4th cup


Preparations:

Take Sooji ,Maida,Sugar in a mixing bowl one by one.




 Mix it well.

 Now add the Oil,Milk and Yogurt one by one.


 Mix it well without any lumps.



 Keep it aside for 15 minutes.


Method:

Preheat the oven for 365 F.

Take the oven safe tray and apply the butter or ghee.


Now after 15 minutes add the baking powder and baking soda to the mixture.


 Mix it well.
 Now transfer all the mixture to the tray and tap it to release air bubbles.


 Place in the owen and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes.
 After 35 minutes check it.Insert tooth pick and when it comes out clean .Now cake is ready.
 Take out from oven and make it cool.
 Carefully transfer to the plate.
 Make it cool ,cut it desired size and enjoy
 Yummy

Note:

Sugar :You can use 3/4 th cup or 1 Cup sugar(If u like more sweet)

Dosakaya/Cucumber Pacchadi

Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Dosakaya Pacchadi".
This is very easy and tasty recipe.This is good for during summer.As cucumber makes body cool.Durung summer we all eat cucumber.This is another way to eat.U all going to love this recipe.Lets go the recipe


Ingredients:

Dosakaya/Cucumber)-1
Grated coconut-3  to 4 tsp
Yogurt--1/2 cup
Green chillies-2 to 3
Salt to taste

Seasoning

Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
jeera=1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies few
Curry Leaves few
Hing little


Prpearations:

Clean the cucumber well with water .peel the skin and chop it.



Method:


Take the coconut ,yogurt  and green chillies pieces in the blender one by one.


 Blend to smooth paste.
 Transfer the blended paste to the cucumber.
 Mix it well.
 Add salt and mix it well again.

 Transfer to another bowl.
 Now prepare talimpu.
Place the pan heat it.Add the oil and add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chillies,curry leaves and hing too.
 Add to the cucumber mixture.
 Enjoy

Set Dosa

Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called"Set Dosa".This is very easy to prepare.This dosa is popular tiffin in Karnataka.Its a set of soft and spongy dosa served with chutney.

This dosa is served with sets.We all enjoyed this dosa.We always enjoys idly and dosa.This dosa also came favourite in my house.Ok lets go the recipe



Ingredients:

Atukulu/Poha/Flattened Rice-1 cup
Idly Rice /Regular Rice-2 cups
Urad Dal-1/4th cup
Methi Seeds/Menthulu-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar-1 tsp
Curd/Yogurt-1 cup


Preparations:

Clean well the poha  with water and drain the water.





Now add the curd to the cleaned poha and soak it for 4 hours.





Clean the idly rice,urad dal and methi with water and drain the water.






Add fresh water and soak for 4 to 6 hours.



After 6 hours first grind the poha  and curd mixture




Add the poha,curd and little water and blend to smooth paste and take in the bowl.






In the same jar add the soaked rice,urad dal,methi and water and blend to smooth paste.





Now add the mixture to the poha mix and mix it well.








Now ferment this for 6 to 8 hours.



Method:



Place the pan and heat it.


When the pan getting heat prepare the batter.

In the batter add the salt and sugar and mix it well.Now the batter is ready.





Now add the laddle full of batter on the pan and apply oil and cover it and cook.











After 30 seconds.Open the lid and see the dosa gets bubbles as shown in the pic.



Now turn the dosa to other side and cook it for 30 more seconds.

Now the dosa is ready to serve with peanut chutney.
