Ingredients:
Sooji/Semolina/Goduma Nooka-1 1/4th cup
All purpose flour/Maida-1/4th cup
Sugar-3/4th cup
Baking powder-1 tsp
Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
Oil-1/3rd cup
Yogurt/Curd-1/2 cup
Milk-3/4th cup
Preparations:
Take Sooji ,Maida,Sugar in a mixing bowl one by one.
Mix it well.
Now add the Oil,Milk and Yogurt one by one.
Mix it well without any lumps.
Method:
Preheat the oven for 365 F.
Take the oven safe tray and apply the butter or ghee.
Now after 15 minutes add the baking powder and baking soda to the mixture.
Mix it well.
Now transfer all the mixture to the tray and tap it to release air bubbles.
After 35 minutes check it.Insert tooth pick and when it comes out clean .Now cake is ready.
Take out from oven and make it cool.
Carefully transfer to the plate.
Make it cool ,cut it desired size and enjoy

Sugar :You can use 3/4 th cup or 1 Cup sugar(If u like more sweet)
