Bourban Biscuits

Hai friends how r u guys? Now a days i was bit busy with my daughter. She is not allowing me to cook.So i did not try any new recipes.Yesterday she is dng good so i too get good mood in cooking.I got one comment from Nitha.I think she is first to my blog when i go through her blog i saw this biscuits .I was really surprised when i saw this recipe. That we can bake in home. These r my favourite biscuits. So the next minute i check my pantry for the ingredients.I found every thing in my kitchen so i started to prepare this biscuits. It came out good but the shape is not good why because i dont have biscuit cutter.Any way next time i will buy the cutter.Ok then lets go to the recipe. Ingredients:
Maida (All purpose flour)– 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Butter – ¼ cup
Baking Soda – 1/4tsp
Honey – 1tsp
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Cocoa Powder – 3 tsp
Vanilla Essence – 2tsp
Cold milk – 1/4 cup(required amout need to make the dough.)
For Cream
Butter – 1/4cup
Sugar – 1/3 cup
Cocoa – 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence - few drops

Method
For biscuits:First take one bowl and add the maida,1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and whisk it well.
In another bowl add butter the remaining sugar, honey and essence beat it well until it is flufy. To this add the dry ingredients and mix it well.It will form nice dough.
Now take this dough and roll it like chapathi. Now cut it like rectangular pieces with knife or pizza cutter(I dont have the biscuit cutter).

Preheat the oven for 355F .

Now take the baking tray place the aluminuim sheet on it and grease with butter. Now place the bicuits on the sheet and punch it with the tooth pick on the bicuit. Now sprinkle some sugar on the biscuits and bake this for 10 minutes.

In the mean time we have to prepare the cream.Take the bowl add the butter, sugar, cocoa powder and essence mix it well and keep it aside.
Now after 10 minutes take out the biscuits and cool them for 10 minutes now apply the cream to the biscuit and attach to another biscuit.Do it for every thing .Store this biscuits in the airtight box and place them in them in the fridge.

Serve this bisciuts with Evening tea.

Thank you Nitya for sharing this recipe.Thank u very much.
