Ravva Dosa

Hai friends welcome to another week.I hope u all guys had nice weekend. I did not go anywhere bcos here this weekend is fully rainy so i did not go for any shopping.I want to buy some groceries not cocoa powder and yeast for baking but i cant.Anyway this week i have buy and bake the pita bread and some brownies from pooja'a recipes.Due to rain i prepare some nice spice food like punugulu chicken biryani.Lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:

Rice flour-3 cups
maida - 1 cup
sooji-1 cup
jeera -2 tsp
salt to taste
chilli&ginger paste-2 tsp(acc to ur taste)
finelly choped onions-1 cup
Oil to spray
Water-to mix the batter.
Method:
First take one vessel and mix all the flours, sooji, jeera, salt, chilli &ginger paste and whisk it.
Now add the water and mix it without lumps.
The batter should be liquid consistency. So that u will get nice crispy dosa.Dont add the onions to the batter u have to sprikle it.
Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Now place the pan and heat it now pour the batter like sprinkle and spray the oil and sprinkle some onions on it .
When the down part of the dosa is cooked turn to the other side and heat it.Take the dosa from the pan and serve hot with chutney. You can take with any chutney.
I had this dosa with peanut chutney.Tomorrow i will come with peanut chutney.
