Hai friends today i am coming with Star fruit pickle. This we can get in Chinese store.I love this fruit. It tastes very sour. When it is tender we can make rasam, dal and pickle also.I love this fruit.Everyy time i used to bring and make the dal. This time i tried pickle it came out good.So wan to share with u.

 Star fruits – 2

Place the skillet and heat it .Now add the  salt ,hing and mustard seeds powder and fry for 1 minute to dry the moisture in the salt and add this to the bowl.
Now add the tumeric, fenugreek seeds powder, chilli powder and whisk it well.
To this add the chopped star fruit and mix well until all the choppe star well coated with the spices.
Now add the oil and mix it well.
