Ingredients:
Carrot-2
Green peas-1/2 cup
Sweet corn-1/2 cup
Capsicum-1
Onion-1(Big)
Rice-1/4 th cup
Green chillies-4 to 5
Garlic full pod
Ginger(chopped)-3 tsp
Spring onions-few
salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chilli sauce-2 tsp
Soya sauce-2 to 3 tsp
Corn flour-2 to 3 tsp
Maida-1/4 th cup
Sugar-1 to 2 tsp
Coriander leaves few
Oil for deep frying
Sesame oil-3 tsp
Preparations:
First we have to cook the rice.Clean the rice with water and required amount of water and cook until it is done.
Chop the onion,green chillies,garlic ginger,sping onions and keep it aside.
Peel the skin of the carrot and chop it.
Defrost both the peas and corn.
Chop the capsicum.
Now take all the vegetables in the chopper or blender .If we r using the blender run this for 5 seconds.Keep this aside.
First take the wide pan and add the 1/2 cup of water ,salt and make it boil.When it gets boil add the choppedd vegetables carrot,peas,corn and capsicum and cook this for 5 minutes.
When it gets cooked take out from heat and drain in the bowl which is arranged with the muslin cloth.
Keep it aside until all water comes out.Now take the water in one cup and keep it aside.
Take wide bowl and add the boiled vegetables,chopped green chillies,ginger,coriander,spring onions,salt,pepper,chilli sauce,corn flour and cooked rice.
Mix it well.(Dont add the water)Take small amount of dough and make small balls and keep it aside.
Now roll this balls in the all purpose flour and keep it aside.
Heat oil for deep frying.When the oil gets heat slowly drop the balls one by one.
Fry until it turns to light brown colour.Take out from oil and place them on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Now take another wide pan and heat it .When it get sheat add the 2 to 3 tsp of sesame oil.
When it gets heat add the remainng chopped garlic,ginger,green chillies and fry for 1 minute.
To this add the chopped onions,spring onions ,ginger garlic paste and fry until the onions changes to transparant.
Now add the little pepper,soysauce,little cjilli sauce,sugar and little salt and stock water and make it boil.
When it starts bubbles add the corn flour mixed with water and pour slowly and mix it well without any lumps.
Now add the fried balls and mix it well.Cook this for 1 minute andswitch of the heat.
Finally add the chopped coriander and spring onions.
Mix it gently and serve hot with Fried rice or Noodles.
Serve it as Appetizer.Note:
You can use another vegetables like celery,cabbage and cauliflower.
If u add more soy sauce dont add too much salt.

I am from hyd.I find your recipes very authentic.I have the same passion for food as you do.It would be great if you could do a post on your kitchen aids - mixie,cooker,utensils,muruku press etc as well as on your kitchen pantry - rice,pulses etc.This would a great guide to newly married in setting up a kitchen far away from home.
