Soya Bean Salad

Hai friends after many days i am posting the recipe due o bit busy in house work i cant post the repices.Today i come back with healthy recipe.This i got from Gaida recipes.When i saw this recipe i really love it and try this on the same day we all love it.SO want to share with u guys.This soyabeans are frozen .We have to defrost it otherwise u can use canned beans.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Soya Beans-1 cup
Garlic-2 cloves
Dry rosemary-1/8th tsp
Sal tto taste
Oil-1 tsp
Chopped Parsley-1 tsp
Pepper-little pinch

Preparations:

First remove the cover and defrost the beans pods by adding water and rest it for 2 minutes.
Rmove the pods and save the beans in the cup.

Method:

First take the beans in the cup and add 1 cup of water and salt to it and cook this in the microwave oven for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes the beans get cooked and drain the water and keep it aside.
Now chop the garlic and keep it aside.
Take the pan and add the oil and garlic.Fry this until the garlic is cooked.
To this add the rosemary and drained beans and give a toss.
Now add the salt,pepper,and chopped parsley and again give a toss.
Remove from heat take them in the cup.
Serve this with the roti or any side dish.
