Hai friends today i am coming with Bhidhi rice.U all saw that Bhindi Rice.Its really very new and innovative recipe.When i heard this name i really got surprised and saw the recipe.Finally i love it.Its simple and healthy.U all going to love it.Its really good and easy for bachelors to cook this rice.My brother and few of my bachelor friends ask me to post simple recipes for them.I hope this is good for them. Ok lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Bendakya or Bhindhi or Okra -1 lb
Rice 2 cups
Garlic chopped-1 tsp
green chillies-5
Turmeric little pinch
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves few
Curry Leaves
Preparations:
Clean the rice with water well and add 1:1 ratio of water and cook the rice.After 20 minutes the rice get cooked.Keep this rice aside.
Clean the bhindi well with water and later cut like circles and make it dry for 5 minutes.
Method:
Placethe pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the bhindhi and fry it without oil so that the bhindhi will not sticky .Fry until it gets crisp and little light brown as shown in the pic.
Take out from pan and keep it aside.
Now in the same pan add the oil and make it heat.When it gets heat add the chopped garlic and fry it until it changes to light brown .
to this add the slit green chillies and the curyyleaves fry it for 1 minute.
Add roasted bhindhi and mix well.
Add the turemic to the bhindhi and required amount of salt and mix well.
Add the cooked basmati rice mix it well.
Finally add the chopped coriander and mix it well.
Serve it hot with yogurt or Raita.

Carrot Milk(Refreshing Drink)
Hai friends today i am coming with the "Carrot Milk".This is nice refreshing drink.This mostly taste like the Badam Milk.2 days back i went to one of my neighbour house.There they serve this carrot milk and tasted it.I really like this milk and soon i ask for the recipe.Then aunty she told the recipe and yesterday i tried and tasted it was really good.Ok lets go to the recipe
Ingredients:
Carrot-1 cup
Milk-2 cups
Water-1 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Elachi powder-little
Chopped nuts(Badam and Cashew)-2 tsp
Method:
Take the microwave safe bowl and add the carrot and clean it well with water.
Now add the required amount of the water and cook this for 10 minutes in the microwave oven.
After 10 minutes the carrot get cooked.Allow it to cool .
In the mean time we have to boil the milk.
Take the deep bottomed pan and add the milk ,water and make it boil.
When it starts boiling add the sugar and elachi mix it well.
Take out from heat and allow it cool.
Now take the jar and add the cookedd carrot and grind it.While grinding if it has some carrot pieces add the little milk and grind it again to smooth paste.
Finally add the grinded carrot to the milk and mix it well.
Keep this carrot milk in the refrigerator.
After 1 hour it gets chilled.
Take the glass and add the carrot milk and add the chopped nuts and serve chilled.
This is serve chilled.

Quail Eggs Pakoda
Hai friends today i am coming with the Quail Eggs Pakoda.This i saw from one of blogger friend
Food Maaza.When i saw this recipe in her blog i really love it want to give a try.That weekend i bought the quail eggs and give a try.We love.My daughter love to see small eggs.This tastes same like the chicken eggs.Ok lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Quail eggs-1 pack(I use both quail and chicken eggs)
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric little pinch
Lemon Juice-1 tsp
Oil-1 tsp
For Pakora:
Besan-1/2 cup
Rice Flour-4 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ajwain(Vaamu)-1/2 tsp
Baking Soda little pinch
Oil for deep frying-1 cup
Method:
First boil both the eggs .Cook this for 15 minutes or egg brake the shells.Now off the heat and make it cool.
After it gets cool remove the shell and keep it aside.
Marinate:
Take the bowl and add the ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,salt,lemon juice,oil and mix it well and add the eggs and mix it well and keep it aside for 1 hour.
After 1 hour we have to fry the eggs.So that the mix sticks well to the eggs.
Place the pan and add the oil and fry the eggs well with the marinature mix.After 2 minutes the mixture gets thick and stick to the eggs.Now its ready for deep frying.
So heat the oil for deep frying.
In the mean time we have to prepare the batter.
Now mix the pakoda batter.
Take the bowl and add the besan,rice flour,baking soda,ajwain,salt, chilli powder and whisk it well.
Add little water slowly mix without any lumps.
The batter should be little think as we use for pakoda.
Now add the eggs in the batter and the eggs gets well coated with the batter and slowly drop in the oil.
Fry until the pakoda turns to light brown colour.
Now take out from the oil and place on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Now serve hot with the ketchup and hot hot tea.
Worth to try this eggs.Children love to eat the small egss.

Challani Challani Maggiga(Cool Cool Buttermilk)
Hai friends today i am coming with the Cool Cool "Buttermilk".This is very tasty and good health .During summer this very good and tasty.I used to do this in monging and keep in the refrigerator and have it when i feel more thirsty.Ok lets go how to prepare the buttermilk
Ingredients:
Curd(Yogurt)-1 cup
Water -2 cups
Salt to taste
Chopped green chillies-1/2 tsp
Chopped Ginger-1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves-few
Lemon-1
Ice cubes few
Method:
Take the blender jar and add the curd,salt and water blend it.
After blending take it in the vessel.
To this add the chopped green chillies,ginger and curry leaves and mix it well.
Finally add the lemon juice and mix it well keep refrigerator.
Serve it directly or add the ice cubes and serve it in hot day or hot summer.
