Hai friends today iam coming with the nice and tasty recipe called Stuffed Bitter gourd.We call it Gutti Kakarakaya in Telugu.I love Bitter gourd fry,pickle and podi.I did not fry too much because if we fry too much it looses some bitterness.It tastes good with little bitter.ok lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Bitter gourd-8
Oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric little pinch
For stuffing:
Roasted chana dal-1/2 cup
Chana dal-1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies-5(use according to ur taste)
Oil-1 tsp
Preparations:
First we have to prepare the powder for stuffing:

Place the pan on the stove and heat it.When it gets heat add the all the ingredients except the roasted chana dal.
Fry this till it changes to light brown.
When it changes the colour.Off the heat and keep it aside and make it cool.
When it gets cool take this in the jar and add the roasted chana dal,salt and blend to nice powder.
Keep this powder aside.
How to make Bitter Gourd Pockets:
Take all the bitter gourd and gently peel the outer skin little as shown in the pic.
Clean well with the water.
Now take another microwave safe bowl and add the water till the bitter gourd dissolves.
To this add required amount of salt and turmeric.
Cook this for 10 to 15 minutes.
We have to check in the middle.(We should not over cook the Bitter gourd).
When it gets cooked slowly make slit and take out the seeds as shown in the pic.
Do to all the Bitter gourd and keep this aside.
Method:
Now we have both the Bitter gourd and stuffing ready.
Take the Bittergourd and fill it with the powder and close it and tie with the thread as shown in the pic.
Do all bitter gourd and keep it aside.
Now place the another pan and add the oil and heat it.
When it gets heat place the Bitter gourd and fry this till all the sides get cooked well.
In lower heat we have to fry this till it is done.
Serve hot with the steam hot rice.

Crab Curry(Peetalu Iguru)
Hai friends today i am coming with yummy curry called Crab Curry.Its called as Peetalu Iguru in telugu.This is the one of best curry.It tastes good.This is very easy to cook.But its little difficlt to clean if they are live.Her we get cleaned crabs so its very easy to cook.Ok lets go to the reipe:
Ingredients:
Crabs-6
Onions-2
Green chillies-3
Ginger garlic psate-1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Tamarind juice-1/2 cup
Jaggerey(Bellam)-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric little pinch
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-5
Curry leaves few
Oil-2 tsp
Preparations:
First clean the crab well with water without any sand and kepp it aside.
Chop the onions,
Slit the green chillies.
Method:
Place the wide deep pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil.
When the oil gets heat add the mustard seeds and make it pop.
Now add the jeera,green chillies,red chillies and curry leaves fry for 10 seconds.
Now add the chopped onions and turmeric and cook it till it turns to light brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
To this add the cleaned crab,tamarind juice,salt,chilli powder,jaggery and 1/2 cup water one by one.
Now mix lightly and cover cook for 5 minutes in low heat.
After 5 minutes the crab gets little cooked and we get nice aroma.
Now mix it well and cook for 5 more minutes.
Now off the heat and serve it with steamed hot rice.
Tip:After taking the curry from the pan.
Clean well with soap and water.
Now fill half of the pan with water and add the fresh lemon slice and boil this.
Now the smell goes.

Usirikaya Pulihora(Amla Pulihora)
Hai friends today i am coming with very healthy recipe called Usirikaya Pulihora.It is also called as Amla Pulihora.This is very healthy ,easy and tasty rice.I saw this recipe in TV.I really love this recipe and give a try.I hope u all love this rice.Ok lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:
For Paste
-------------
Usirikaya-1 cup(I use frozen u can use fresh)
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Green chillies-5
Jeera-1/2 tsp
For Rice:
------------
Rice-2 cups
Water-2 1/2 cups
Oil-2 tsp
Cashew-handsful
Peanuts-2 tsp
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera -1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies-few
Curry leaves-Few or Handsful
Hing-little pinch
Turmeric-little pinch
Onion-1(optional)
Coriander-handsfull(chopped)
Salt to taste
Lemon juice-1 to 2 tsp
Preparations:
First we have to blend all the ingredients for paste.
Add the chopped amla,grated coconut,green chillies and jeera and blend to a paste as shown in the pic.
Keep it aside.
How to cook rice.

Clean the rice well with water and add required amount of water and cook the rice and when it is done keep it aside.
Method:
Place the wide pan and heat it.
When it gets heat add the oil.
When the oil gets heat add the cashew,peanuts,urad dal and fry this add the till it changes to golden brown.
To this add the mustard seeds,jeera and make it pop.
When it starts to pop add the dry red chillies,curry leaves and hing fry for 30 seconds.
Now add the chopped onions turmeric and fry the onions chages the colour golden brown.
Add the grinded paste and mix well.
Now add the salt mix it again.
Finally add the cooked rice and mix well.
Finally add the lemon juice and chopped coriander .
Serve.
