Chintakaya Thokku

Hai friends today i am coming with the "Chintakay Thokku"Its traditional chutney and we need little patience for this recipe.To this recipe we need fresh Tamarind so that we can blend it whole raw tamarind.Ok lets go the recipe.

Ingredients:

Raw Tamarind-2 cup
Salt - 2 tsp
Turmeric little pinch
Method:

First clean the tamarind well with the water and make it dry.
Now make it dry.
Wipe it with the dry cloth to absorb excess water.
Cut them into pieces as shown in the picture.
Take the belnder and add the tamarind pieces in the jar and  make the paste.
Now open the lid and add the salt and turmeric and mix it well.
Now take this in the clean dry glass jar and add the thokku in the jar and close the lid and keep aside in the kitchen.
This should be rest for three days.
Daily mix this well with clean and dry spoon.
After the 3rd day take this in the jar and blend it again.
Now take them in the clean dry glass jar and use when ever u want the chutney.
Keep this in the fridge for whole year.
