Methi Muthiya

Hai friends today i am coming with one of the nice Diwali treat called "Methi Muthiya".This is very simple to prepare.Its little spicy and gives nice flavour.As u know Diwali is approaching all are busy with the making snacks and sweets.This recipe i saw in the TV and tried it we all love it.It is little spicy .Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Maida/All purpose Flour-1 cup
Sooji/Semolina/Bombay Ravva-1/2 cup
Kasuri Methi-Hands full
Chopped green chillies-2 tsp
Chopped Ginger-2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
jeera-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee-3 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2 cups(for deep frying)
Water that required to mix the dough

Method:

Take the wide bowl and add the Maida,Sooji,Kasuri Methi,Green chillies,Ginger,Pepper powder,Jeera ,Salt
one by one and whisk it well.
Add the ghee and water mix it like the chapathi dough.
Take small size mix and place it on the oil applied ziploc and cover with another ziploc and press it with the Mortar.
Now we get nice shape and place them in one plate.
Do all the dough like this.
Place the oil in the pan and heat it.When it gets slowly  drop the methi Muthiya one by one.
Fry it in medium heat till it turns to golden brown.
Take out from the oil and place them on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve it with hot tea.

Note:

Green Chillies-If u want to add more chillies u can add about to ur taste.
Ghee-Adding 2 tsp ghee nice taste if u want to add u can add more ghee.
We can bake this too if u like more healthier version.
Kasuri Methi:Dont add too much it gives bitter taste.
