Kobbari Ginnu Boorelu

Hai friends today i am coming with one traditional sweet called Kobbari Ginnu Boorelu.This is one of tradtional sweet in my family.During Sankranthi everybody used to prepare this sweet.Why because this sweet can stay for 3 to 4 days.Its very simple to prepare and tasty sweet.Ydy we are having the Sankranthi gathering so i got this sweet so i prepared this for the first time but i got huge compliments for this sweet .It was a grest success.So want to share this recipe with u guys.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Kobbari-4 cups
Sugar-2 cups+5 tsp
Elachi little pinch
Milk-4 cups
Yogurt 2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Maida-1 cup
Wheat flour-2 tsp
Salt little pinch
Water  required

Preparations:

Paneer:
---------
Place the bowl of milk and heat it.
When it start to boil add the yogurt and mix it well for 1 to 2 minutes it starts to curdle..






Soon we have to off the heat and strain them in the colander.

After all the water goes down we get the paneer.
Now paneer is ready

Sweet Paneer:(For this i missed the pics)

Crumble the panner and keep it aside
Place the pan and add the 4 tsp of sugar(or required amount of sugar for the paneer)
Add 2 tsp of water and make it sugar syrup.
When the syrup starts to boil add the paneer and mix it well till all the syrup coated well to paneer.
Fry this till the panner starts to light brown.
Off the heat.
Now thw Sweet paneer is ready.

How to prepare the stuffing:

Place the pan and heat it when it gets heat add the gratedd cocont,sugar and little water and mix well untill the it forms like that the stuffing have to form like laddoo consistancy as i shown in the pic.



 




Now add the crushed elachi powder.
This cooks for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes switch off the heat .
To this add the sweet  paneer and mix well make ladoos with this and keep it aside




For coating:

 Take the mixing bowl add the maida,wheat flour,sugar salt one by one

.


Whisk it well and add required amount of water to make one string consistency.



Keep it aside.

Method:

Now the stuffing and for coating are ready.
 Place the oil in the pan and heat it.
When it gets heat add one drop to it to test when it floats it is ready.

Take the balls and dip in the batter and coated well and slowly drop in the oil.




Slowly drop few and fry till the balls turns light brown.

Take out from the oil and place them in the paper to absorb excess oil.
Do all the balls like that.
Now the Kobbari Ginnu Boorelu are ready to serve.
