Ingredients:
Sweet peppers-15 pieces
Onion-1
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Oil-1 tsp
For stuffing:
Garlic-2 pods
Grated coconut-1/4th cup
Roasted chana dal-1/4 th cup
Amchoor powder-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Dry red chillies-5(Acc to ur taste)
Mustard oil-1 tsp
Preparations:
First take the blender and add all the ingredients in stuffing one by one and blend it.
Take the mixture in the cup and add the 1 tsp mustard oil and mix it.
Clean well the peppers with water and drain the water.
Now make the slit vertically.
Now stuff the mixture in the peppers and keep it aside.
Method:
Place the wide pan and heat it.
When it gets heat add the oil and urad dal to it.
Fry this till it changes to light brown .
Now add the curry leaves , onions and turmeric fry this till turns to transparent.(Missed the pic)
To this add the stuffed peppers and fry this till little tenders.
Now serve it hot as appetizer
