Sweet peppers-15 pieces
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Grated coconut-1/4th cup
Roasted chana dal-1/4 th cup
Amchoor powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Dry red chillies-5(Acc to ur taste)
Mustard oil-1 tsp
First take the blender and add all the ingredients in stuffing one by one and blend it.
Take the mixture in the cup and add the 1 tsp mustard oil and mix it.
Clean well the peppers with water and drain the water.
Now make the slit vertically.
Place the wide pan and heat it.
Now add the curry leaves , onions and turmeric fry this till turns to transparent.(Missed the pic)
Now serve it hot as appetizer
