Topiaco Chips/Shempellam Chips

Hai friends today I am coming with new recipe called "Topiaco chips".This chips are very tasty.All ages love this chips.This is one kind of potato.With this we can just boil and have it or we can prepare the curry.Today I am coming with the chips.In my place this chips are very famous.I hope u too love this recipe.Ok lets go to the recipe.





Ingredients:

Topiaco-2
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Oil-2 cups
Preparations:

First peel the skin and clean well with water.



Now we can slice it with the slicer or knife.(With knife it is little difficult for me)
You can use peeler so that we can get length wise.

 Keep this aside or dry them on the paper.

Method:

Now pour the oil in the oil pan and heat it.

When the oil gets heat in the mean time we can mix the salt and chilli powder.

When the oil gets heat slowly drop the topiaco slices in the oil.

Heat the chips in the low heat .Fry this until it changes to light brown.

Take out from oil and place on the paper to absorb extra oil.


Now add the salt and chilli powder to the fried chips .

Mix it well .Now the spices are coated to the fried chips.
 
Serve this chips as snacks or with hot tea.
