Veg Lettuce Wraps

Hai friends today I am coming with one of nice recipe called "Lettuce Wraps".This is very yummy recipe.2 weeks back we went to P.F changes.One of my friend advice to try lettuce wraps there.We order the wraps we really enjoy the lettuce wraps.The most favourite thing is my daughter love those wraps.So I want to give a try this recipe in home.Finallyi give a try and its a great success.We really enjoy this recipe.This can be prepared various with various types.Today I came with the veg crumble.We can try this minced meat,paneer and vegetables,tofu.I hope u all love this recipe.Ok lets go the recipe.
 
 
 

Ingredients:

Lettuce-1 full one
Vegcrumble-1 cup
Shallots-3
Garlic chopped-2 pods
Ginger chopped-1 tsp
Capsicum-1/4 th cup(We can use mushrooms,carrot also)
Corn-1/4 th cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rice vinegar-1 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Chilli sauce-1 tsp
Brown sugar-1/2 tsp
Spring onions-Hands full
Sprouts-Hands full
Oil-1 tsp

For Special Sauce

Soya sauce-2 tsp
Chilli sauce-1 tsp
Rice vinegar-1/2 tsp
Sesame oil/Nuvvula Nune-1 tsp
Garlic-1 pod(chopped)

Preparations:

1.Chop the shallots,garlic and ginger into small pieces and keep it aside.

 
Method:

Place the Wide pan or wok and add the oil and heat it.

 
Now add the garlic and ginger fry this till raw smell goes.

Add the shallots and fry it turns light brown.


Now add the defrosted veg crumble ,capsicum,corn mix it well.

 
 
 
 
After mixing add the salt,pepper, rice vinegar,soya sauce,chilli sauce and the brown sugar.

 
 
 
 
 
 
Mix this well and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.

 
Now the mix is done.


 2.How to prepare sauce:Take a small bowl and add all the ingredients one by one and keep it aside.






3.How to clean and use Lettuce:First cut the base of the Lettuce and Clean well.


Slowly and carefully take the lettuce one by one.Keep iy aside.





Now everything is ready.Lets see how to serve.

Now take the lettuce carefully and place on the plate.Place the spoonful curry and wrap like the spring roll as shown in the pic.


 
 
 

Serve this with the special sauce.

Cheerameenu koora/Cheeramenu fish curry/Silver fish curry

Hai friends today i am coming with new recipe called "Ceerameenu fish curry".This is baby fish.It can be catch with saree in India.So this is called as Ceerameenu.This fish we can get in few days only.I actually dont know about this recipe one day when i was watching cooking show for the first time i saw this recipe and i was really shocked to see the size of fish.
Then i just search internet and saw the fish.Its really tiny fish.One day i went o some Chinese groceries and their i saw this fish there it is called as Silverfish.Soon we bought small box.That weekend i give atry with this fish its really nice.With this fish no worry with fish bone while eating.Children can easily eat this curry.Ok lets go to the recipe

Silver fish/Ceeramenu Fish-1 lb
Onion-2
Grated mango-1/2 cup
Gingergarlic paste-1 tsp
Green chillies-3
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Turmeric-1/8th tsp
Oil-2 tsp
 Preparations:

Clean well the fish with water and keep it aside.
Chop the onions and slit the green chillies.

Method:

Place the pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil.

Add the chopped onions and turmeric fry till it turns to light brown.


To this add the green chillies and curry leaves mix it.


Now add the fish and mix it well.

Gradually add the ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,garam masala,salt , grated mango and water.mix it.

Now cover this and cook in medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

After that the curry is ready .
Serve this curry hot with white steamed rice.
