Cheerameenu koora/Cheeramenu fish curry/Silver fish curry

Hai friends today i am coming with new recipe called "Ceerameenu fish curry".This is baby fish.It can be catch with saree in India.So this is called as Ceerameenu.This fish we can get in few days only.I actually dont know about this recipe one day when i was watching cooking show for the first time i saw this recipe and i was really shocked to see the size of fish.
Then i just search internet and saw the fish.Its really tiny fish.One day i went o some Chinese groceries and their i saw this fish there it is called as Silverfish.Soon we bought small box.That weekend i give atry with this fish its really nice.With this fish no worry with fish bone while eating.Children can easily eat this curry.Ok lets go to the recipe

Silver fish/Ceeramenu Fish-1 lb
Onion-2
Grated mango-1/2 cup
Gingergarlic paste-1 tsp
Green chillies-3
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Turmeric-1/8th tsp
Oil-2 tsp
 Preparations:

Clean well the fish with water and keep it aside.
Chop the onions and slit the green chillies.

Method:

Place the pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil.

Add the chopped onions and turmeric fry till it turns to light brown.


To this add the green chillies and curry leaves mix it.


Now add the fish and mix it well.

Gradually add the ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,garam masala,salt , grated mango and water.mix it.

Now cover this and cook in medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

After that the curry is ready .
Serve this curry hot with white steamed rice.
