Kaara Poosa/Kaara Sev/Spicy Sev

Hai friends today I am coming with nice snack called "Kaara Sev".In our place this is called as Kaarappoosa.This is street snack.This is the easy and tasty snack.We can prepare this recipe in various methods but today I am coming with basic version.This can be prepared with in no time .I hope u will try.Ok lets go the recipe.

Ingredients:

Besan/Gram Flour/Senaga pindi-1 cup
Rice flour/Vari pindi-1 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-to taste
Hing little pinch
Baking soda-1/4th tsp
Oil-2 cups(for deep frying)


Method:

First take the oil in the pan and heat it.
Take a bowl aand add all the ingredients one by one except oil.






Whisk well the ingredients and 4 tsp hot oil mix it.



Add the water little by little to make soft dough.


Take the murukku press and apply oil to inside the press.(Here we have to take sev mould)
Now fill the press with the dough.

WHen the oil gets heat press the murukku presser and the sev will come out and fry in the oil.
Fry until light brown.(This fries fastly so we have to be carefully)



Now take out from oil and place them on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve this with hot tea.
