Pesarapappu Dosa/Moong Dal Dosa

Hai friends today I am coming with yummy easy and tasty dosa called"Pesarapappu Dosa'.This is very easy to make.This dosa doesn't need to ferment also.Pesarattu will make it with whole moong dal .This is yellow moong dal .This goes nice with curry and chutney.Oklets go the recipe

Ingredients:

Moong Dal-2 cups
Raw rice-2 tsps
Green Chilli-5 or 6
Ginger-3 pieces as shown in the pic
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for spray or sprinkle

Preparations:

Take moong dal in the bowl

 Add 2 tsps of rice in the bowl
 Clean well with water and drain it.
 Again fill with water in the bowl
 Cover it and soak it for 2 hours.
 After 2 hours it soaked well.Now it is ready to grind.
Drain the water

 Now keep ready the chilli,ginger and jeera
 Add the moong dal ,ginger,chili and jeera in the jar.


 Blend to smooth paste.

 Now pour the batter in the bowl and add little water and salt




Now batter is ready.


Method:

Place the dosa pan and heat it
 Add the oil and rub it.

 When the pan gets heat .Take laddle full of batter
 Pour on the pan and spread it clockwise as shown in the pic.

 Now sprinkle chopped onions too.
 Apply oil to the edges.
 Fry until the dosa cooked to light brown.With the spatula slowly loosen the edges.
 Now the dosa comes out easily and flip to other side
 Fry this for 10 seconds and flip other side and fold it.
 Now dosa is ready to serve

 Serve it hot with both ginger and coconut chutney
