Veg Haleem(Ramadan Spl)

Hai friends today I am comng with yummy and tasty recipe called "veg Haleem".This tatses very yummy.The recipe tastes exact like non vegetarian.I thoroughly enjoed the recipe while making.Its very interesting.The process takes little time but the final dish is awesome.I tried this dish at one cookery show.I really love it.After few days I tried it again and it came out so good.Today i am coming with recipe with little changes.Ok lets go the recipe




Ingredients:

Toor dal-1 tsp
Moong dal-1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Masoor dal-1 tsp
Oats-1/4 th cup
Soya chunks-1 cup
Dhalia/Broken Wheat/Goduma Nooka-1/2 cup
Cashew-6
Almonds-6
Pista-6
Elachi-3
Cloves-4
Cinnamon-2 pieces
Peppercorn-1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander-handsful
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Mint-handsful
Curd-1/4th cup
Milk-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Chillies-5
Onions-2 big
Ghee-6 tsp
Lemon-half
Water-6 cups
Chopped cashew-2 tsp
Chopped Almond-2 tsp


 Preparation:

Take Oats and dahlia in the blender.
 Blend to coarse powder.
 Take in the bowl.
 Now add the dals one by one in to the jar
 Add the jeera,nuts and spices
 Blend to coarse powder


 Now add the coarse powder to the previous dhalia and oats mixture.
 Mix it well
 Add 2 cups of water and mix it well without any lumps
 It should be like this.
 Soak this for 1 hour.


How to prepare Soya Crumble

Take 2 cups of water in the bowl and boil it.
 Make it boil
 Add 1 cup of soya chunks in the boiling water.Keep this aside for 5 minutes.
 After 5 minutes squeeze the water .
 Take in the bowl.
 Add the soya in the blener and blend it

 Blend to coarse  and keep it aside.


How to fry the fried Onions:

Slice the 2 onions and fry the onions.
 Fry till golden brown.
 Take out from oil and place on the paper to absorb excess oil.Now the fried onions are ready.


Method:

Place the heavy and deep bottomed pan and add the ghee and heat it.
 Now add the chopped cashew and almonds and fry in low heat.
 Add 5 green chillies.
 Add the 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
 Add the fried onions  and soya crumble.

 Mix it well in low heat without sticking.
 Now add the chopped coriander,chopped mint
 
 Add the yogurt and milk

 Add salt too.Mix it well
 Now add the soaked mixture to the pot.

 Mix it well
 Add 4 cups of water and mix well without sticking to the pot.
 Cover it nd cook in low heat for 20 to 20 minutes.
 Mix it in the middle also to not sticking.


 After 20to 30 minutes the mixture is smooth and cooked well.
 Finally Add the lemon juice and ghee

 Serve it hot with fried cashew,fried onions nd chopped coriander leaves.


Notes:

We can add the shahi jeera too.I don't have so iskipped it.
Rose petals.We need to add the dried rose petals.I don't have we can use rose water instead of rose petals.

We can add veggies too.
