Hai friends today i am coming with Carrot Rice.Its very tasty.In my house we all love it.I Hope u also love this recipe.So want to share with u.Ok lets go tot the recipe.
Rice -2 cups
Green chillies-6(Use acc to ur taste)
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Whole spices(Elachi,Cloves,Cinnamon)-4 each
Water-2 1/2 cups
First we have to prepare the paste.To this take the jar and add the grated coconut,green chillies(2),jeera,ginger garlic paste and little water blend to smooth paste.Keep this paste aside.
First Switch on the heat and place the cooker .When it gets heat add the oil,broken cashew.Fry the cashew until it changes to light brown.
Now add the whole spices,green chillies and fry for 1 minute.
