Water -Required to knead the dough
Method:
First take wide and deep bottomed bowl and add the 2 cups o rice flour.
TO this add the sesame seeds, moongdal, salt, chilli powder and jeera one by one and whisk it well.
Now add water slowly and mix well the dough like smooth. It must be thiner than chapathi dough consistency.
Now place the wet cloth on the table.
Take small amount of dough and place on the wet towel and roll it and joint the two ends and it forms like a circle and place on the cloth. Now do all the dough like this and make it dry for 30 minutes.
In the mean time we have to heat oil for deep frying.
When the oil gets heat place the chegodi in the oil one by one and fry until the chegodi turnss to brown colour.
When it changes the colour take out from the oil and place it on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Now fry all the chegodis andmake it cool.
