Chocolate dipped Cherries

Hai friends today i am coming with the Chocolate Dipped Cherries.This is very simple and easy to prepare.While the cherries are fresh we have to prepare the choclate dipped cherries.Its really very tasty.Everybody enjoy the fruit.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Cherries-1 cup
Semi Sweet Choclate -1/2 cup

Method:

First take  the bowl and add the choclate and melt it.

we have to melt the choclate in the microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes.

After melting whisk it well and keep it aside.
Now dip the cherries in the melted choclate and coat the cherries with the choclate.
Keep this aside and later transfer the plate in the fridge.
Keep this in fridge for 2 hours.
After 2 hours take the tray out and slowly take the cherries with the help of spoon.
It comes out clearly without attach to the plate.
Its ready to serve.

Udikinchina Bangaladumpa koora(Boiled Aloo Curry)

Hai friends how r u guys?I hope u all doing good.As i told in previous post i was busy because my in-laws r in my house so cant post the recipes frequently.Now-a-days i am not trying any new recipes also.Today i am posting from some of in my drafts.Today i am coming with the Aloo Curry.This is very simple and easy to prepare.This goes nice with the rice,roti and also with the dosa.Even with the leftover curry we can prepare the paratha and also Aloo bonda.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Potatoes-4
Onions-2
Chopped green chillies-few
Dry red chillies-few
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Chana dal-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves few
Turmeric little pinch
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste(you can use according to ur taste)
Chopped coriander hands full
Oil-1 to 2 tsp

Preparations:

First clean the potatoes well with the water and boil the potatoes until til gets soft.
When the potatoes get cooked make it cool.
When it gets cool peel of the skin well and mash the potatoes well with ur hands or u can use with the potato masher.
Keep this aside.
Chop the onions and keep it aside.

Method:
Place the pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil,urad dal and chana dal.
After 1 minute the dal turns to light brown to this add the mustard seeds,jeera,chopped green chillies,dry red chillies and curry leaves.
Fry this for few seconds and then add the chopped onions ,turmeric and mix it well.
Fry the onions until it changes to transparent.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes.
To this add the salt and chilli powder and mix well.
Now add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Finally add the chopped coriander and mix well.
Serve hot with the rasam rice.

Cherry Eggplant Curry(Ustikayalu koora)

Hai friends how r u guys.Now a days i was really very busy with house work because my in-laws  came to visit us so obivously i was busy with cooking so cant post the recipes very frequently and also i got hurt to my hand while cooking my hands got burned so i cant cook for 1 day.Now it was ok.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Today i am coming with the Ustikayalu Koora(Cherry Egg plant Curry).I missed this curry for years but i was really surprised to see this eggplant in the HongKong Market soon i grab the packet and came to my house and start to cook this recipe.This we have to clean more times so it wont tase bitter.i used to bring dry cherry eggplant and powder and taste enjoy the curry.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Cherry Eggplant-2 cups
Garlic cloves-15
Oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-few
Curry Leaves few
Water-1/2 cup

Preparations:

First remove the stems  and keep the cherry eggplant aside.
Now place the dinchic dinchic  and  do all the cherry eggplant like this.
Clean the water well with water until all the black water goes.


Method:

Place the pan and heat it.
When it gets heat add the sliced garlic and heat it.
After 1 minute the garlic get cooked now add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chilli pieces and chopped curry leaves.
Now add the cherry egg plant ,little water and salt cover and cook this until it gets cooked.
Cook this for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes the cherry eggplant gets cooked.
Now transfer the curry into the serving bowl.
Serve hot with the steamed rice.

Uppindhi(Rice Rava Upma)

Hai friends today i am coming with the "Uppindhui".Last post i posted how to prepare the rava.With that rava we prepare this uppindhi.This is very easy to prepare.It takes less time to cook the uppindhi.This goes nice with the avakaya,yogurt and milk.Some times we can have it with the aloo kurma.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Rice rava-1 cup
Moong dal-1/4 th cup
Salt to taste
Grated coconut-1/4 th cup
Oil-1 to 2 tsp
Turmeric-little pinch
mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-few
Green chillies-5(u can use acc to ur taste)
Curry leaves few
Hing little pinch
Water-3 cups

Preparations:
First clean the moong dal well with the water and soak the dal with water for  1 hour.
After 1 hour drain the water and keep it aside.

Method:

Place the pan and add the oil and heat it.
When it get heat add the mustard seeds ,jeera,dry red chilli pieces,green chillies and chopped curry leaves .
Fry this for few seconds and add the hing now nice aroma comes.
To this add the soaked moong dal and turmeric mix it well and fry 2 minutes.
Now add the  3 cups of water,salt,a nd the grated coconut.
Cover it with lid and cook until the water boils(This takes 3 minutes)
When the water starts to boil add the rava continously without any lumps.
Now low the heat and cover it cook until the rava gets cooked.
When the rava gets cooked mix it well and take this in the serving bowl.
Serve hot with the mango pickle and Yogurt.
