Hai friends today i am coming with the "Tomato Pappu".Now i am going to show in the simple version.Which is also good for new to cooking and also for bachelors.This goes well with rice and roti.Ok lets go to the recipe.
Toor dal-1 cup
Tomatoes-3(If u like more tangy add 1 more tomato)
Turmeric little pinch
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/4th tsp(optional)
Coriander leaves few
Oil-1 tsp(If u like seasoning with the ghee its really awesome)
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies-few
Curry leaves few
First wash the tomatoes well with water and cut it into chunks.
Take the pressure cookeer and add one cup of toor dal and wash well with the water.
To this add the chopped coriander.

Tomatoes:If u want the dal little more tangy you can add one more tomato.
Onions:And also if u like add the onions u can add one onion.
Tadka:If u like the tadka with ghee itgives good taste.
