Dhaarak(Moong sweet dumplings)

Hai friends today i am coming with nice sweet called Dhaarak.This is the sweet that only get in our places.Its very innovative sweet.We all love it.When i was a child it dont like this sweet now i am ok with this.One of my relative told be the recipe and i give a try.This is the first time i tried the sweet.The recipe tastes the same the look is quite different.Soon i will try another time .Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Moong dal(split yellow )-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Oil for deep frying
Soda little pinch

Preparations:

First clean well the dal and soak the dal for 1 hour.
After 1 hour drain the water and grind to smooth paste(that should be like boondhi batter)
The batter should be smooth.

 
 
How to prepare Sugar Syrup:

Now we have to prepare the Sugar syrup .Place the pan add the sugar and water .
Add the water until the sugar dissolves in the water.
Make it boil .(The syrup should be like Gulab Jamun Syrup)
Keep it aside.


Method:

Finally place the oil for deep frying.
Take the batter in the holes laddle so that we can get some boondhi or some big drops.
The balls should not be fully fried.It should be in yellow in colour.
When the drops get fried take out from the oil and add them in the syrup.
Do it same to full batter.
This can be served as hot or cold.

Note:

This sweet can mostly prepared in the summer because it cools the body.
