Ingredients:
Bananas-2
Oats-1/2 cup
Maida/All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
Walnuts chopped-1/2 cup
Baking Powder-1 tsp
Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
Butter-1 stick or 8 tsp
Brown Sugar-3/4th cup
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Take the dry and clean bowl and add the Oats,Maida,Baking powder,Baking soda and whisk it well.
To this add the room temperature butter to the banana and mix it with the hand mixer.
Finally add the chopped walnuts and mix it again.
Now the batter is ready.
Take the cupcakes tray and arrange with the cupcakes liners.
Now add 1 tsp batter to the cupcakes liners.Do to all.
When they are done we get nice aroma.
Make it cool and then we can have the cupcakes.
Note:
If u want to sprinkle oats we can sprinkle on the cupcakes before we bake.
We can add any type of nuts to the batter.
